Enquiries Help

Select the appropriate enquiry from the list. Use the filter and paging buttons to narrow the list down. Once on the appropriate page, you can only amend fields depending on your access permissions.

  • Forename(s)
  • Surname
  • Email Address
  • User Name – locked
  • Postal Address
  • Post Code
  • Country
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth – this will be empty if the applicant has selected ‘I am over 18’. Otherwise please verify this when contacting the tower and, if under 13, they have parental permission to register.
  • Agrees to the Terms and Conditions – locked
  • Enquiry Status – choose from the pull down list
  • Date of enquiry – system set whenever updated by an administrator
  • Affiliated Society – choose from the pull down list.
  • Ringing at – tower allocated to
  • Tutor – tower contact or tutor
  • Notes – any additional information relating to the enquiry. NB this is visible to the applicant.
  • Follow up Status – choose from the pull down list
  • Date followed up – system set whenever updated by a society contact
  • User Status – status as set by the user (locked).
  • User Feedback – feedback from the user (locked).
  • Feedback Date – system set whenever updated by the applicant
  • Date of last login – system set whenever the applicant logs in
  • Changed by – last user to modify the record
  • Changed date/time – date/time of last modification
